the sun came out, and I wanted to go outside and see if I could throw a backflip. This is the first time I’ve ever tried anything outside of the gym, and I was pretty nervous about trying. I knew I’d make it round – but how far round exactly I couldn’t be sure. If the sun comes out again, I’ll give it another go. The jumps at the start were to try and warm my legs up.

Wicked!!
Looks absolutely amazing!
I need to do something like this! I haven’t played capoeira in a whilst and it’s made me really sluggish. Do you know of any other schools?

I wasn’t clear. I meant acrobatics places like where you train.

basically you just need a gymnastics centre that provides adult classes. They are scattered about pretty well and I’m sure you’ve got something on your doorstep. have a search and let me know how you get on.
